Number of artists: short version: 12 + 1 technician
Long version: 14 artists + 1 technician
Number of sets: 2 x 45' or 1 x 1h30

Music: the artists' own music.
Technical effects: Light and sound systems, provided by the artists.
Set up: 2h30 - break down: 2h

Place to set-up /dismantle of the show:

  • Very close to the start point of the place of the representation
  • 50m² minimum, flat ground, lighted, outside (ideally, provide a covered place)
  • Direct access to venue,
  • Access: width: ideally 4m, height 4m50, no stairway
  • Access for a truck (plan a parking)
  • Electricity point – lights
  • The organiser needs to provide a safe closed space for storage of the props In between of the performances

In case of a different point of departure and arrival, please provide:

  • A changing room for each point
  • An area of set up and an area of dismantling
  • A person to drive the truck from the departure to the arrival

Characteristic of the play area:
To discuss with the artists

  • Traffic for the structures: 3 m of wide / 4 m 50 of height
  • Ground: close (no lawn, no ground/soil, no sand), no staircases
  • Inform us in case of high slope
  • Provide 4 people to securise the walkact
  • 1 reserved parking space for 1 truck and 1 or more vans with close access to the venue / dressing room and possibility to easily unload and load. The organizer is responsible for the safety.

  • Dressingroom
    •  1 clean, well-lit private dressing room with access to warm running water and toilet.lockable, the key given to the artist/ crew member (if not, then the organizer is responsible for the safety).
    • Large enough for all the artist, secured and heated
    • Please provide tables, chairs, mirrors, access to electricity, a closet (to hang the costumes) and catering: water, coffee, tea, snacks (fruits, cakes,…) .
    • refreshments, coffee, tea, and healthy snacks and fruit + cookies.
    • Wifi connectie
  • Catering The catering (drinks & warm  meals) for the artists and crew members is at the expense of the organizer
  • Accommodation (if necessary)
    •  If it is too late or the distance is too far the organisation takes care of rooms for the number of artists (min 3* hotels)
    • Hotel / B&B with parking, within 10min drive of the venue unless otherwise agreed.
  • Royalties are included in the price or can be paid separately by the organisor.
